Rachel Ward DipION mBANT CNHC NAET Practitioner

Rachel Ward

Rachel's passion for food and nutrition developed when she saw the impact of what we eat on our health, when her first child was born with multiple allergies and food intolerances. She has practical experience of implementing specific diets to assist with health problems, beginning with her own family and now with a wide range of clients, including children.

She has a particular interest and expertise in the effects of food and food sensitivities on mood, behaviour and developmental issues and also understands the difficulties and frustrations of catering for a family when you can't all eat the same thing. She offers a warm and friendly approach offering advice that is practical and easy to follow. Within the constraints of today's busy lifestyle, Rachel is committed to helping people remove the stress and confusion from achieving good nutrition generally, but also specifically if catering for someone on a specific diet. She gives practical advice and ideas to help make it easy, achievable and stress-free.

Rachel Ward studied Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and in addition she also holds a foundation degree in Nutritional Therapy from Bedfordshire University. Rachel is a graduate member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and regularly attends seminars to keep her knowledge up to date.

In addition to her Nutritional Therapy, Rachel is also an advanced Level 2 NAET Practitioner and has a busy NAET practice at her New Malden Clinic.
