What is Energy Equation?

Energy Equation Using nutrition and wellbeing coaching, Energy Equation exists to help you beat fatigue and regain your energy, vigour and all-round good health.

We teach you how to rebuild your energy levels through nutrition, allowing peak performance within the framework of being as healthy as possible. Whatever stress is being placed upon the body – be it work, sport, overweight, lack of sleep, hormonal, illness, emotional or age-related – the most immediate physiological effect is fatigue. The pressure to continue can then lead to a gradual slide into ill-health and future degenerative disease.

Who We Are

Jenny Adamson and Rachel Ward set up Energy Equation in response to the number of clients they were each seeing, for whom 'energy improvement' was a key objective. They are both members of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and operate to its strict codes of ethics and practice; they are also members of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and regularly attend conferences and seminars to keep their knowledge current and up to date.
