The first course is called the Nutrition Blueprint – Basics and will provide you with the knowledge and practical expertise you need to:
- Plan and produce a variety of healthy and well-balanced meals each week with relative ease
- Understand how to eat for energy
- Understand how to eat for weight management/hormone balance
- Eat to protect your most precious asset, the brain
- Debunk some of the common myths that exist about food and nutrition
The courses are relaxed, fun and informal, run at home for groups of friends/colleagues. You will leave each 90-minute session with a folder of useful information, helpful tips, recipes and shopping lists to back up what has been covered and help you put it into practice.
